You’ve been told “everything looks normal”… you’re far from feeling that way.
You’re waking up throughout the night. Your gut feels more sensitive. You’re more reactive to stress, your energy isn’t what it used to be, and somewhere along the way, taking care of yourself fell to the bottom of the list. Now you’re not even sure what that looks like.
I help you cut through the noise and focus on what will actually support you — across digestion, sleep, stress, nutrition, movement and changing hormones — without turning your health into another full-time job.
You don’t have to do this alone.

Maybe you're here because...
You wake up bloated before you've even eaten anything.
You've tried eliminating foods, adding probiotics and buying supplements — but you're still not sure what's actually helping.
You're constipated more often than you'd like to admit.
Your sleep is off, your energy goes from crashing to overwhelmed with no inbetween, and stress has shortened your fuse.
Your cycle or body is starting to change and you're wondering whether hormones or perimenopause could be part of the picture.
Or maybe you've been told everything looks "normal," but you don't feel like yourself.
You don't need to solve all of those things at once. You need a useful place to start.
Digestion, stress, sleep, energy and hormones don't live in separate boxes.
My approach to women's health coaching is about helping you understand those connections, notice useful patterns and make realistic changes that fit into your actual life.
There are two ways to work with me:
Women’s Health | Private Coaching
1) Private Coaching Package
When it feels like everything is happening at once.
You’re exhausted, your sleep is off, stress is consuming you, and your digestion or hormones may be adding to the mix. You want someone to help you figure out where to start — and what’s actually worth your energy.
The Good Gut Program | Group Coaching
2) Group Coaching Program
When you’re tired of planning your life around your gut.
You’re bloated, constipated, uncomfortable after meals or constantly wondering which food is causing it. You want to eat with less worry, poop more regularly and stop guessing your way through your digestion.

Download Why Does Everything I Eat Make Me Bloated? — a free guide to help you look beyond random food restrictions and begin noticing four useful bloating patterns:
Separate the sensation of bloating from visible distension.
Track timing, bowel patterns, meals, stress and sleep for 72 hours.
Learn why the same symptom can have more than one driver.
Choose one realistic experiment instead of changing everything at once.
Hi, I’m Sophia…
A quick note
I know what it is like to have digestion influence what you wear, where you go and how relaxed you feel around food. I also know how much harder it becomes when those symptoms sit beside poor sleep, chronic stress, migraines, cycle changes or burnout.
That experience led me to study women’s hormones, digestion, the gut-brain connection and the role of stress in everyday health. Today, my work is about making women's health feel less overwhelming.
I help women understand credible health information, notice what's happening in their own bodies and turn that information into realistic next steps — while recognizing when something belongs in a healthcare provider's office rather than a coaching session.

Workshops + Events
Women's health conversations don't only belong in clinics or behind a laptop.
Through local workshops, yoga and community events, we talk openly about digestion, stress, hormones, sleep, movement and the wonderfully unglamorous (yet fascinating) realities of having a human body.
